Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are strictly limited to replacement products or store credit for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items upon delivery.
Claims must include photographic evidence, detailed written descriptions, and order number verification.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact customer service within 60 days. Claims will be assessed on a per-case basis.
Accidental Orders
Accidental or duplicate orders may be returned using 'Return to Sender' if unopened and still in transit.
Processing Refunds
Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and validating required documentation.
Returns Policy
FK+ accepts returns exclusively for unopened, untampered products within 14 days from receipt.
Opened or used products are non-returnable.
Customers must contact customer service to initiate returns. Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility unless due to FK+'s error.

FK+ always strives to provide excellent service. Should you receive the wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
